Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully read our return and refund policy below:

Return Period:

If you are not satisfied with FUDOCO products for any reason, the product can be returned within 3 days after receipt. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Exchange Period:

You can also exchange the product within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please include the original invoice or order number so that we can fulfill your return or exchange requests.

Return Procedure:

You can contact customer service to request a return or exchange. We will do our best to provide you with the necessary instructions. Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded in the same way you placed your order after the product has been returned and its condition has been checked.

Exchange Procedure:

To request a replacement, you can contact customer service and choose the product you want. Exchange requests may be limited to our product stocks. In addition, the customer covers the extra costs for replacement. (If the problem is not caused by production) This policy applies to products and services offered by FUDOCO. Policy terms may be updated from time to time, so be sure to check back regularly.
